This Privacy Policy sets out the privacy policies and practices for Maritime Home Health Care (the Pharmacy) with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with maritimehomehealthcare.com (the Website). This Privacy Policy may be updated by the Pharmacy giving reasonable notice of the revised terms (including by e-mail or by posting on the Website), and this Privacy Policy may be supplemented or modified by agreements entered into between the Pharmacy and an individual from time to time. Collection and Use of Personal Information


The Pharmacy may collect personal information from a user of the Website (the Site User) when the Site User uses the Pharmacy website. Storage of Personal Information

Personal information collected by the Website is stored on servers in the United States. The personal information may also be managed by a third party processor on the Pharmacys behalf. While the law in the United States is less stringent than the laws applicable to Canada, the Pharmacy will process and transmit the Site Users personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection or privacy legislation.

While in another jurisdiction for processing, the information may be accessed by the courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities.

Cookies and IP Addresses

Corrections/Contact

The Site User may contact the Pharmacy to modify or correct any of his or her personal information that is under the Pharmacys control. The Site User may also direct a written complaint regarding compliance with this Privacy Policy to the Pharmacy and, within a reasonable time upon receiving the written complaint, the Pharmacy will ask the Pharmasave regional office to conduct an investigation into the matter. Within a reasonable time of concluding the investigation, the Pharmasave regional office will inform the Site User whether the complaint will be allowed or denied. If the Pharmasave regional office allows the complaint, the Pharmacy will take appropriate measure necessary to rectify the source of the complaint.
